If we can build a safe city for children, we can surely have a safe city for everyone. Yanmu aims to design livable, safe, and lively neighborhoods starting from the most vulnerable citizens of society.Starting from the belief where children reclaim the streets, making the city their playground again. Play, discovery, and interaction with street elements render desirable paths throughout diffused play opportunities spread all around the cityscape.

Reconnecting cities to their food systems is now emerging as one of the core components of sustainable urban settlements. Meanwhile, in the name of sustainability, we are highly tempted to welcome cities with high population densities to reduce fuel - consuming transporation means, and build multi functional, well integrated communities.Through combining Agriculture, Apiculture, and architecture in one project it will be possible to revive a lost historical relic in the heart of the Mar Mikhael district.

Set in the future, the world is technologically develo- ped and so are people’s habits. People are more en- couraged to take the time to re-evaluate their current state of mind. Technology enabled retreat centers offer users the opportunity to regain strength. All taking place in a 4 day self-discovery experience in a technology enabled re- treat center. Within a controlled and simulated environment, the user gets to experience all kinds of sensorial and sentimental aspects. Following the questions of the virtual guide, the user will reflect upon his memories of the past and realize little by little the ingredients of happiness within himself.
